Refund Policy operates as an intermediary on behalf of licensed pharmacies that are subject to applicable state and federal laws. We do not accept any returns or exchange of medications already dispatched. We do not restock any medications once sold in order to protect the safety of our customers. Customers who receive the product with damaged packaging are eligible for a free re-shipment by providing pictures of claim. A free re-shipment is also provided for any delivery delays. The customer is eligible for the refund only when re-shipment is not possible due to unavailability of stock. Contact our customer agent for any assistance.
